10th Annual HOPE Young Professionals Summit

Last fall, the Alliance partnered with the Latinx Resource Center to take 12 students to the 10th annual Hispanas Organized for Political Equality (HOPE) Young Professionals Summit. Designed for emerging leaders, this transformative one-day conference equipped students with crucial skills through workshops covering financial literacy and investing, professional networking, and post-college career navigation. Whether pursuing fellowships, graduate studies or workforce entry. Throughout the day, students learned from expert-led panels featuring inspiring stories from professionals across diverse industries.

The high-impact experience concluded with HOPE’s signature Career Forum, where students engaged face-to-face with corporate and community leaders who have walked in their shoes. These meaningful conversations allowed students to explore various career trajectories while witnessing what impactful, community-centered leadership looks like in action. Students walked away with not only practical guidance, but also inspiration as they chart their own professional journeys.
