Member Spotlight: Juan Carlos Calcagno, Ph.D.

Juan Carlos Calcagno is a Managing Director at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) and a founding member of the UCI-OC Alliance where he currently serves as chair of the Student Success Committee.

Juan Carlos recently participated in a Student Connection event where he provided valuable insights and guidance to students. Additionally, his expertise and thought leadership have been showcased as a panelist at numerous UCI events, including the Business School Latinx Initiative Conference and the A2i/Accelerate to Industry program.

When not volunteering his time or working he loves spending time at the beach with his family or watching his two teenagers play volleyball or watching Argentina, his national futbol (not football) team.
